Informative, engaging, and rooted in the latest research. These sessions are designed to expand your understanding of athlete development, injury prevention, and the evolving path to collegiate gymnastics. Lunch and snacks provided.

Led by Collegiate Gymnasts, Collegiate Coaches, and Veteran Coaches, these sessions are intentionally designed to reflect the heart of our theme — Dreams Are Unlimited.
Dynamic Skills Workshop – Focused on power, precision, and technique
Artistry Workshop – Elevating performance through movement and expression
Circus Rotation – Creative, collaborative, and confidence-building
Additional sessions on mindset, goal-setting, and self-expression
Lunch and snacks provided.

Join us for a beautiful Sunday Brunch followed by the Isla® Awards, where we honor gymnasts, coaches, and community members who embody excellence, resilience, and the spirit of Dreams Are Unlimited.
